Folsin Ltd was appointed to carry out a complete range of specialist carpentry works for an exclusive development of 11 luxury apartments at Carnoon Bay, Malahide for Minnis Developements & Moyville Homes. This high-end project required exceptional attention to detail, with our team delivering 1st fix carpentry, 2nd fix carpentry, roofing, bespoke staircases, luxury doors, lift lining and all internal carpentry works. From structural timber installation through to premium finishing, every element was completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Working closely with project teams, we ensured a superior finish throughout, reflecting the quality expected of luxury residential developments and reinforcing our reputation as trusted carpentry contractors in Ireland.
