Overview

Folsin Ltd delivered comprehensive construction carpentry services for an 18-unit apartment development at Lusk Quarter, Co. Dublin, for McGarrell Reilly Group. Our team completed all aspects of carpentry works including floor joisting, roof carcassing, 1st-fix carpentry and 2nd-fix carpentry. From structural timber installation through to detailed finishing works, we supported the project across all key stages of construction. Working in coordination with site management and project teams, all works were carried out to a high standard, in line with programme requirements and construction timelines. This project demonstrates our ability to deliver reliable carpentry solutions for apartment developments and reinforces our position as experienced carpentry contractors in Ireland.
