Overview

Folsin Ltd. successfully completed a comprehensive carpentry package across 90 residential units at Marlmount, Dundalk, on behalf of McGarrell Reilly Group. Our involvement covered a wide range of carpentry services, from roofing and structural first-fix works through to detailed second-fix carpentry and internal finishing, contributing to the delivery of high-quality homes throughout the development.

Our scope of works included roof carpentry, timber framing, first-fix installations, internal doors, skirting boards, architraves, and associated second-fix carpentry. With multiple phases of construction progressing simultaneously, careful planning, efficient resource management, and close coordination with the main contractor and other trades were essential to ensuring a smooth and consistent workflow across the site.
