Folsin Ltd was engaged by Minnis Developments to deliver full construction carpentry services for a 17-unit residential development at Seachnall Place, Dunshaughlin. Our scope included 1st fix carpentry, 2nd fix carpentry, roofing and roof structures, timber flooring, and all internal carpentry works. From structural timber installation through to high-quality finishing, our team supported every stage of the build. Working closely with site management, we ensured all works were completed to a high standard, on programme and in line with project requirements, reinforcing our reputation as trusted carpentry contractors in Ireland.
